Ceremony/Reception Coordination & Design
The Lilly investment is ideal for the couple who is comfortable taking the lead on the initial planning, but prefers to be perfectly paired with a Principal Planner to help bring their vision to life and wrangle in all the known and unknown details.
The base Lilly investment includes the following:
･ AGE will pair you with a Principal Planner who is available to offer expertise, advice, guidance and recommendations as you navigate your wedding planning journey.
･ As You Dreamed It! AGE will work closely with you to create a complete, cohesive and personalized event design plan which will include all aspects of your ceremony and reception. AGE will assist in securing and will attend vendor meetings that pertain to your design plan (florists, venue, rentals...etc).
･ AGE helps you develop your entire wedding ceremony, from processional to recessional and provides a Principal Planner to lead rehearsal and ceremony on your wedding day
･ AGE will work with you to create a customized event master timeline to capture all important details of your day. ･ You will meet with your Principal Planner for at least six in-person planning meetings.
･ We take it from here! Beginning 2 months from your event, AGE will become the single point of contact for all of your vendors and assist in finalizing all event details.
･ Trust in Us. On the day of your wedding, you get to enjoy the day as AGE provides an entire professional team to ensure your day goes as planned! Your Principal Planner will act as the point of contact for the entire day. In addition, AGE will provide 3 Event Coordinators (final number is based on guest count) to execute event set up, provide overall event management and tear down.

The Tinsley investment is ideal for the couple who prefers to be paired with a Principal Planner to guide them every step of the wedding planning way.
The base Tinsley investment includes the following:
･ Enjoy the Process! You will be paired with a Principal Planner who will be your planning partner providing expertise, guidance, advice and leadership on all aspects of your wedding planning journey. Your Principal Planner will be the point of contact for all your vendors through the entire planning process. We will provide vendor recommendations, set up and attend vendor meetings, request quotes, negotiate contracts and handle all communication on your behalf.
･ Keeping You on Track! AGE will work with you to map out and manage your customized event budget and provide a custom planning checklist to keep everyone informed and on track. You will meet with your Principal Planner at least once a month for in-person planning meetings.
･ As You Dreamed It! AGE will work closely with you to create a complete, cohesive and personalized event design plan which will include all aspects of your ceremony and reception.
